Mr. John Duckworth Chairman – Global Business Mr. John Duckworth has 35+ Years’ financial and general management experience in multinational companies. He has taken a front line role in the planning and implementation of many IT Projects throughout his career. He has held various directorships including Revlon Singapore Pte Ltd and Revlon Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

Dato’ Haji Jamal Mohd Amin Chairman – Asian and Bumiputra Business Dato’ Haji Jamal Mohd Amin, B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Michigan State University East Lansing, Michigan & M.SC in Geotechnical Engineering, University of Michigan Ann Arbor, Michigan USA is the Chairman for Marshal UNITI Sdn Bhd. He is also the President of UNITI college and group of companies and Managing Director for Eden Capital Sdn. Bhd, PD Sanctuary Sdn. Bhd and Capital Highway Builder Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Mohan Arumugam Executive Director & Group CEO Mr. Mohan Arumugam carries over 25 years of experience in the ICT industry and is known for his techno-functional expertise. He is responsible for defining the vision, strategy and governance within Marshal Group and steering the direction of the company.

Ms.Lim Sze Wee Executive Director Ms.Lim Sze Wee, graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Hons.) degree in Business Management from National University of Malaysia (UKM) . She joined the Board of Directors of Marshal Group since 2016.

Jaya Krishna Chief Operating Officer Jaya Krishna is Chief Operating Officer at Marshal Group. He is having 15+ Years experience in Software Industry. He has developed and executed various technologies within fast pace and implemented various backend components for software applications.

Aziz Jaafar Husain Chief Marketing Officer Aziz Jaafar Husain, graduated from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia majoring in Computer Science. Right after his graduation, he started his career endeavour with one of the multinational companies. He gained vast experience in project management and leadership. During his 10 years tenure he was tasked to oversea Asia Pacific service business operation that required him to travel around Asia Pacific countries.

Sheik Humraz Chief Technology Officer Humraz has 20 years experience. With a track record of leading successful business transformation within large global organizations. Implemented Infra structure across a number of sectors including Oil & Gas, GLC and Tele communication.

Gopi Chand Chief Finance Officer Gopi Chand is having 15+ Years experience in IT Industry in various levels. He is Responsible to manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments. Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies.
